Wisdom teeth pain during pregnancy?

I woke up yesterday in EXTREME pain. I called today and I go to see the dentist tomorrow... the problem is, I don%26#039;t know what they can do for me that I haven%26#039;t done already (extra strength tylenol, ice, orajel...).... the problem is my wisdom teeth are trying to come in, but there isn%26#039;t enough room in my jaw. I know I%26#039;ll need to have them pulled, but I also know they can%26#039;t do that while I%26#039;m pregnant.... anyone know what the dentist might do? Anyone have advice for some temporary pain relief?

I think if it%26#039;s causing that many problems it would be healthier to get it removed but there are many bacterial infections the baby can get from it. Dont take the IBprofen that often!
