Are your two front teeth which are crowned previously root canal treated as well?? My guess is yes. If this is the case, it sounds like you may have an infection around one or both of the teeth and possibly may need root canal retreatment. Unfortunately root canals fail sometimes, if the nerve wasnt fully removed, or the file too deep and perforated your canal. Definately get to a dentist, you do not want to lease your front teeth and especially after spending all of the money for crowns. Good luck!
Reply:Something might be stuck under the cap or the cap came loose or shifted, which might be the case since you say it feels uneven. I'd make an appointment with the dentist to have it checked out. You might also try taking a Water Pik and irrigating around the gum line. If there's something stuck there, that might help get rid of it - like when a popcorn kernal gets caught in the back teeth. Good luck.
