What helps wisdom teeth pain?

please tell im in so much pain???mine are killing me as a there coming in!!!

What helps wisdom teeth pain?
tylenol, and if that doesn't work then your gonna have to get them pulled out.
Reply:get them pulled.
Reply:Cocaine.... don't snort it, rub it on your gums...... against drugs? That sucks deal with the pain.
Reply:for me the only thing that helps is extraction... my wisdomes a pretty impacted and cut through every once in a while.. I would recommend you getting them taken out now before the pain gets worse. The pain may come and go but each time it's unpleasant.
Reply:some times wisdom teeth need to be removed. It depends if your have problems with them. I would suggest to you to go see a dentist and have a x-ray done. They would tell you what's going on. The pain wont go away. Believe me it wont.
Reply:dont chew on that side

take advil as recommended

put oragel on it or around it on the gums ( this should numb the area and you wont feel pain, but it will numb your mouth a little and then go away )

put ice over your cheek so that the swelling goes down.

make sure you go to the dentist. they need to take exrays and see if its okay or not.

my wisdom teeth were coming out and still are. my dentist said i needed surgery. but i got scared and said, forget it, id rather take this pain over surgery.

my pain went away in a week or two. yes it took that long for my wisdom teeth to calm down. the pain goes away but slowely.
Reply:They should get pulled. I get mine taken out next week and I'm scared as hell, but it needs to be done. It's easier and less risky while you are young so just get it out of the way
Reply:Try gettin something chewey, it helped me.
Reply:Orajel and pull them out!!
Reply:ibuprofen works wonders with tooth pain
Reply:Help is here! Go to the drug store, in the dental area, and buy a small tube of "Benzodent". It is a dental pain relieving cream. It numbs everything it touches so watch out for the tongue.

Eventually, you will have to have them removed if the pain continues. They are really of no use to anyone. They are back there in the corner of the mouth, and if they happen to come in sideways they can cut your jaw up. An old wives tale was "...when your wisdom teeth come in, you are as smart as your gonna get." I always thought it was cute till my wisdom teeth started coming in. It actually takes several years for the tooth to break it's way through. In the meantime, you are in a lot of pain that lasts for a week or two at a time, then a few months later the pain is back and the tooth is still trying to come through.

Get smart.....start making plans with your dentist to get them removed.
