Sounds as if you have a or some cavities. Possibly sinus problems?
Reply:Do you have wisdom teeth coming through? Perhaps you have an infection towards your back jaw, try flossing and mouth wash. If you spit blood then you need to keep flossing and mouth washing for a week after every meal to clean it up.

Or see your dentist...
Reply:it sounds you have caries take an appointment soon from your dentist
Reply:I would suggest that you go to the dentist and ask about this. There is a possibility thaty ou have a cavity at the back or something else going on that needs treatment.
Reply:Sensodyne does help. You should ask your dentist at your regular check up. It is possible that you have an underlying cause of your sensitivity.
Reply:Sounds like caries to me.Limit your intake of sweet foods. Sensodyne works only on teeth with exposed dentin.Thats when you feel toooth sensitivity when consuming hot or cold drinks.
Reply:I used to have this problem too. Whenever i eat sweet, my molars (back teeth) are sensitive. My dentist told me that I had no cavity but the pits and fissures (the grooves on the flat chewing surface) of my back teeth are really deep and are sensitive to sweet. Just keep them really clean and watch out for stains because they could turn into cavities.
