I m having little pain in premolars on both side of lower Jaw
IT is carries i think because there is little black in between the teeth. It's paining since ONE week.PLEASE HELP???I m 19

I think you should really go see a dentist, because it sounds like a cavity. Get them filled as soon as possible, because the more you leave it the more it's gonna hurt and the more you need to get done. Leaving it can lead to root canals, or it can even cause brain problems (which, I think, is very minor, but happened to my friend's friend). Good luck!
Reply:It sounds like you have a cavity. Leaving them unatended isnt a good thing. it can lead to infections and having to have a root canal . you need to go see a dentist as soon as possible, and have them filled. Good luck. Take ibeuprofen for the pain. it is good for pain and swelling.
