Tooth pain after zoom teeth whitening?

I had Zoom Whitining done today at the Dentist office and it did a really good job, but WOW my teeth are super sensitive now. Some of them are even throbbing, is this normal and how long will it last?

Tooth pain after zoom teeth whitening?
It is very normal! It should settle down within the week.

Take some ibuprofen to help take off the edge.

avoid anything too cold or sweet. and avoid staining things like coke coffee smoking etc.

Bleach really drys out your teeth and it will take a little while for the enamel to take up fluid again so stick to water and clear stuff.
Reply:For me it was. The pain eventually went away after about 6 hours, but it could depend from person to person I guess.
Reply:its normal the pain will settle in 3 days and in the meanwhile your dentist should have given you a clear fluoride rinse. You will DEFINITELY need this. Call your dentist and ask him for the fluoride rinse. It comes with EVERY zoom kit, along with the nitewhite.
